We will once again be able to provide annual sports physicals on our CMS campus thanks to the help of Nurse Katee! We will begin on Wednesday, May 15 after lunch with the current 6th grade boys/girls and continue until we get all of the current 11th grade boys/girls. We will use the hospitality room and coaches offices again this year. Coaches will begin recording height and weight and we will get with Nurse Katee for BP readings. Once again, the physicals are good for one year. This will be the one time we can provide the opportunity for a free physical. If a student/athlete is absent on this date, they are on their own to provide an athletic physical before sports/cheer participation. We hope to be finished before the end of school on Wednesday, May 15.

If you want to secure one of the extra books for you child, you may send $45 with the student’s name and a copy will be reserved for you, on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last. Orders may be turned into the Elementary or High School offices.
