Admissions

Speak to admissions

Call, email, or submit interest online—we route your question to the right campus team and aim for same-day replies on most school days.

What we believe

At Cutter Morning Star, learning is about more than academics —

it is about belonging.

We’re here to help

Real people. Straight answers.

Choosing a school is personal. You might have questions about School Choice deadlines, whether virtual learning fits your student, or what a typical day looks like in our elementary or high school buildings. Our district office and campus teams would rather talk it through than leave you guessing.

When you call or write, tell us your student’s grade level and whether you are interested in on-campus, virtual, hybrid, or homeschool-hybrid enrollment. We will connect you with the staff who can answer next—without pressure to enroll.

There is no tuition to attend as a public school student in Arkansas. Your path may depend on where you live, whether you are transferring through School Choice, or whether virtual or hybrid learning is the right fit.

Ask about the school that fits your child’s grade

When you call, tell us whether you are exploring PK–6 or 7–12—we will connect you with the right principal, counselor, or office staff.

Before you call

Helpful details to have ready

  • Your student’s current grade and school
  • Whether you are exploring School Choice, moving into the area, or virtual/hybrid
  • Activities that matter—athletics, band, CTE, or support services
  • Your timeline (immediate transfer vs. planning for next school year)

What to expect

How we follow up

On most school days we aim to reply the same day by phone, email, or text. Complex questions about virtual eligibility, athletics rules, or special services may take a follow-up call with a counselor or principal—and that is normal.

For the fastest path to 2026–27 School Choice questions, use our enrollment hub (opens in new tab) with the interest form and deadline reminders.

Quick answers

Common questions when you reach out

District office staff handle most first calls and route you to elementary (PK–6) or high school (7–12) contacts. Enrollment email goes to the team that helps with School Choice, visits, and getting started.

Leave a message or email laura.baber@cmseagles.net. You can also submit the online interest form (opens in new tab)—we typically follow up on the next school day.

No. A call, email, or form submission starts a conversation so we can explain deadlines, paperwork, and campus options. You decide when—or whether—to move forward.

Yes. Share your student’s grade, location, and learning preference up front. Some topics need a counselor or principal follow-up—we will tell you when that applies.

Prefer to submit interest online?

The 2026–27 enrollment hub includes a short form—we will follow up to confirm your options before the June 1 School Choice deadline.
