CMS EAST students recently attended the EAST Conference held in Hot Springs. Over 3,000 students were in attendance to showcase program projects and to celebrate student achievements. Drew Dettmer and Abby Bates were recognized as EAST Difference Makers by the EAST Staff for making a difference in their EAST programs and community. Drew Dettmer won the TECH Olympiad contest, a multi-round technical computer skills competition. CMS EAST students were honored with a Judges' Choice Award, which is given to a program for impressing the judges with a program pitch. The program pitch is an overall picture of the accomplishments of an EAST program. We are proud of all of our students who attended the conference and did a great job of representing the CMS EAST program. Go EAGLES!!!
