Congratulations to our March teacher of the month, Breann Johnston! Ms. Johnston teaches high school social studies including AP US History, and she has done a fantastic job of developing creative lessons that keep our students engaged. She is also in charge of family and community engagement and was the organizer for our Steam Night, which was a huge success! Congratulations to Ms. Johnston!

A couple of important dates have been set!! Free Physicals are on Thursday May 9th at 1:30-3:30PM. This will be the ONLY time to get free physicals, so please make sure that your student is at school that day. This is for all students in current grades 6-11 who wish to participate in athletics next year. The Sports Banquet date has been set for Thursday May 11th at 7:00 PM, please make plans to attend that evening and come celebrate the hard work of our coaches and student-athletes!!

These were the type of questions that students were answering at our reality fair, organized by Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union, our high school counselor, Michelle Edgin, and our career coach, Christi Nation.
Students learned how to budget and the importance of making smart choices!
They had a lot of fun and got a little dose of reality.
