Due to Governor Asa Hutchinson’s announcement on Tuesday, a formal decision has been made by Cutter Morning Star School District based on input from our community, faculty, and staff. Of those participating in the surveys, 66.7% of our community and 77.6 % of our faculty and staff supported the “no mask mandate”. Therefore, Cutter Morning Star School District will give students and staff the choice to wear a mask while on campus. Face Masks are recommended, but not required. This will go into effect, Monday, April 5, 2021
The overall health and safety of the community remain a priority, and all staff members were given the opportunity to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. At this time, Governor Hutchinson has said those 16 years or older will also have the opportunity to receive the vaccine.
