As the weather turns cold many of our parents find that their children have outgrown their coats and hoodies And most times, those outgrown items are still in good condition. With the expensive cost of everything, we thought it might be helpful to our families if we organized a coat and hoodie “SWAP” here at our school.
It will work like this, during parent/teacher conferences any of our CMS parents may bring any
gently used coat and/or hoodie to their conference and drop them in the collection bins at either the elementary school or the high school. (Please note that at the elementary school the bins will have individual grade levels on each. The grade that has the largest number of donations will receive a PIZZA Party!!!!) EPIC volunteers will organize those coats and hoodies by sizes and let parents and students know when they are ready to be swapped. OR if you aren’t interested in participating in our SWAP but have coats and/or hoodies that will
fit our students and you just want to donate those, we will take those too!!! We hope to have
plenty of different sizes and options for any student who needs a coat and/or hoodie.
