Cutter-Morning Star High School was originally built in 1960. Over the past 57 years, the District has maintained, added to, replaced and repaired the existing building. But as technology has changed, building codes have become more stringent and competition in the education field has grown, the current facilities are no longer adequate to serve the needs of the current and future generations of students.

The State of Arkansas has offered Cutter-Morning Star an opportunity to partner in the building of a New High School! The State is willing to contribute $7,812,097 if the School District can pass a millage and raise the funds to complete the project.
